Rev. Gerry Kaggwa
Father Gerry was born in Uganda on October 15, 1962. Fr. Gerry has 4 sisters and 9 brothers, one of whom is also a Priest. He has studied in numerous countries including Kenya, England, Tanzania, Italy, Germany and the United States. He has a Master’s Degree in Theology and Religious Studies from Leuvein University in Belgium and a Master’s in World Philosophy from Gregorian University in Rome. Fr. Gerry also speaks several languages: Luganda, Italian, Spanish, Swahili, and English. After attending seminary in London, Fr. Gerry was ordained in 1990. Fr. Gerry comes to us after serving as Parochial Vicar of St. Bridget Church in Richmond. Following that, he was named Pastor of three churches within the Richmond Diocese: St. Cahterine of Siena in Clarksville, St. Paschal Baylon in South Boston, and Church of the Good Shepherd in South Hill. Fr. Gerry became part of our church family in August of 2016.

Rev. Robert L. Cummins
Rev. Cummins came to us from the Church of St. Therese in Chesepeake. He retired in July of 2016 and currently resides in Portsmouth, VA. You can read his blog here
Rev. John Boddie
Rev. John Boddie entered into Eternal rest on May 19, 2009.
Born in Newport News July 11, 1958, Father Boddie attended the city’s public primary schools and graduated from Peninsula Catholic High School in 1977. He graduated from St. Meinrad College in 1983 with a bachelors degree in history. He graduated from St. Mary’s Seminary and University in 1988 with a masters of divinity. He was ordained May 14, 1988, as a priest for the Catholic Diocese of Richmond. In June 1997, Father Boddie was appointed as pastor for the Church of Francis de Sales where he remained until he entered into Eternal rest on May 19, 2009.
Father Dan Bond
Father Bond took over from Father Dougher in 1989. He continued to serve as pastor until June 1997.
Father Dougher was the founding pastor of the Church of Francis de Sales. He served until October 1989.
